About Me.
I've always been the one my friends turned to for advice. I have been helping people with various issues/concerns, ever since I can remember. Because of this, I decided to become a Social Worker. Most people think of this title to have something to do with the Department of Family and Children's Services (DFCS). Although I have worked in that capacity early in my career, I am currently just working as a therapist. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2011, and I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Georgia in 1996. I have had an exciting career, and I enjoy helping people discover their strength and their voice. Using the Highlands Ability Battery, you can learn your skills and your natural abilities to help land your perfect position! You may be better suited for a group or individual therapy session. It would be my honor to meet with you to discuss your specific situation.
